hat jemand noch ideen?

Das ist etwas mager. Was steht in diesem Logfile drin?

Hast Du alles nötige vorab installiert? Ist ein Virenscanner installiert? Wenn ja, bitte mal rückstandsfrei für den Zeitraum der Installation vom WSUS deinstallieren. Ist das Laufwerk komprimiert? Wenn ja, dekomprimieren.

Ansonsten poste doch bitte ein paar Informationen mehr zum Server.

ich habe mal meine logs als zipDatei angehängt

* OS: w2003Server (deutsch)
* Virenscanner hatte ich angehalten bei der Installation
* Laufwerk ist NICHT komprimiert

Virenscanner komplett deinstallieren und .Net Framework 2.0 nochmal installieren/reparieren.

Startest Du das Setup von einem NW-LW aus? Ist der aktuelle WSH installiert?

Auf der Comandline ein einfaches cscript > ENTER.

leider funktioniert es immer noch nicht
WSH ist die Version 5.6

ich habe nocheinmal meine Logs als .zip Datei angehängt
Evtl seht Ihr ja doch noch ein Problem
