Hallo zusammen,

bis jetzt hat mir dieses Forum schon ab und an gut weitergeholfen, aber jetzt komme ich nicht mehr weiter.

Zuerst etwas zu unserer Umgebung:
WSUS 3.0 SP2 auf Windows Server 2003 R2, en.
Clients sind WinXP Prof SP2, Deutsch

Produkte die runtergeladen werden:
Produkte: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Office 2003,
Sprache: Deutsch

Bits und AU der Clients werden per GPO gestartet & laufen.

Die Clients sind alle in einer Gruppe, die funktionierenden wie auch nicht funktionierende.

Bei einigen PCs werden Updates tadellos installiert, jedoch können manche Updates (z.B.:kb968389, critical Update) nicht heruntergeladen werden ( Fehler 0x80244019). Auf anderen PCs wird das Update als installiert angezeigt.
Wird versucht, die fehlgeschlagene, im Log stehende Datei per (Du musst Dich Einloggen oder Registrieren um Multimediadateien oder Links zu sehen).. herunterzuladen, wird angezeigt, dass die Datei nicht verfügbar ist. Schaut man anschließend im Explorer, ist die Datei tatsächlich nicht vorhanden.
Da ich zuerst dachte, es hängt mit den MIME-Typs zusammen, habe ich die mal rausgesucht. Die Mime-Typs des virtuellen Content-Verzeichnisses im IIS sind .cab, .msi, .msp, .psf,

Schaut man im WSUS die File-Information des fehlerhaften Updates an, werden pro Sprache 3 Dateitypen angezeigt, cab, exe und psf. Es ist jedoch nur eine dieser Dateien im Dateisystem auffindbar. Müssen für eine erfolgreiche Installation alle Typen vorhanden sein, oder genügt es, wenn dies bei einer der Fall ist?

Das ist nur ein kleiner Auszug, ich hab noch viel mehr Fehler   .

Ich habe diesen Rechner schon aus der Konsole gelöscht, den updatecache gelöscht und unzählige male "wuauclt.exe /detectnow" ausgeführt. So wie ich das sehe, verlangt der PC ein Update, welches der WSUS nicht liefern kann.

Mit wsusutil.exe reset werden alle Updates nochmals erneut runtergeladen, das Fehlerbild bleibt jedoch unverändert. Des Weitern geht die Verbindung zur WSUS-Konsole verloren, so dass diese per "Reset node" wiederhergestellt werden muss.

Hat jemand eine Idee, was der Grund für diesen Fehler sein könnte?

Hallo Sunny,

in der Übersicht steht, dass alle Updates heruntergeladen wurden, und keine Updates mehr auf Dateien warten. Ich habe die Einstellung auch so angepasst, dass alle Updates heruntergeladen werden, und nicht nur genehmigte.
Des Weiteren werden alle Updates als Vollständig angezeigt.

*edit*: Der letzte Status ist 10000, Wsus is working correctly (23/7/2010, 5.53)

Doch, natürlich würde das ausreichen. Ich wollte die lediglich mal runtergeladen haben, für den Fall das ein Client eben dieses Update benötigt, respektive weil keine einzige Datei vom Typ "psf" im Content-Verzeichnis zu finden ist.

Was momentan nicht passt, ist dass ich über 10% Computer habe, die Fehlerhafte Updates zeigen. Und z.B. der PC von dem das log ist, Updates herunterladen möchte, welche der WSUS nicht anbieten kann.

also das Ereignisprotokoll in Windows sieht sauber aus. Alles was vom WSUS kommt ist #10000, WSUS is working correctly.

Im SoftwareDistribution.log steht dass das Zertifikat für autest.cab nicht verifiziert werden konnte, könnte das damit zu tun, dass Fehler bei der Verteilung der Cabs Fehler auftreten. Ein Auszug der Datei findest du im Anhang.

Bei der manuellen Synchronisation treten keine Fehler auf die wird erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
Wenn ich "wsusutil reset" aufrufe, wird der komplette Content nochmal neu heruntergeladen.

Ein wsusutil checkhealth bringt auch nur ein 10000 .

leider ist es aber so. Ich hab dir mal nen Screenshot gemacht. Die Warnings sind vom Virenscanner. -> WSUS1.jpg

Nachdem ich nen wsusutil reset ausgeführt hab, fliegt mir die Konsole um die Ohren und ich bekomme die folgende Fehlermeldungen in der Ereignisanzeige: -> wsus2.jpg

Lass den WSUS erstmal fertig downloaden, es wird normalerweise nur das gedownloadet, was fehlt. Das sieht im ersten Moment nur schlimm aus.

Hast du noch ne Idee oder brauchst noch ein paar Infos?

ja das ganze sieht leider immer noch so aus.
Computer fordern Updates, welche der WSUS nicht im Dateisystem liege hat.

So wie es aussieht, tritt das Problem nur mit *.CAB Dateien auf, zumindest stehen die im Client -Update-Log als nicht downloadbar drin.
